Phil was born Wednesday, January 3, 1951 in Fairfax, Okla., the son of Raymond Edward Brotherton and Clarene Imogene (Johnson) Brotherton.  Raised and educated in Ralston, he was a proud 1969 graduate of the Ralston Tigers.  He joined his classmates just last year for their 50th reunion on Labor Day weekend. Phil’s legacy includes two sons, Phillip Brotherton of Cache, Okla. and Josh Brotherton of Ponca City, Okla.; one sister, Merlene Brotherton of Pawnee, Okla.; four grandchildren, Aidan Brotherton, Dustin Brotherton, Jonah Brotherton, and Ava Brotherton.  His legacy also includes cousins and many other loving family members and friends.
