Sandra Lee Smith, age 61, of Fairfax, Oklahoma passed on March 11, 2015 at Fairfax Manor in Fairfax, Oklahoma.
She was born on June 15, 1953 in Oakland, California, the daughter of Robert Lee Howard and Helen Ruth (Pavia) Howard. She is survived by her companion, David Wilkey; children, Bobbie Lee, Milton Smith, Desmond Wilkey; and many other family members and friends too numerous to mention here.
No viewing or services are scheduled. Cremation has been entrusted to Hunsaker-Wooten Funeral home of Fairfax, Oklahoma.
