Norma Lee Crenshaw, long time resident of Fairfax, passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at her home. She was 79 years of age.

Norma was born December 17, 1932 in Danville, Arkansas, the daughter of Arry Taylor and Dorothy Parker Taylor. She grew up attending Fairfax Public Schools. On October 12, 1951, she married the love of her life, Jack Crenshaw, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Norma was a talented homemaker, and enjoyed quilting, cooking, and cleaning. She also liked to fish, camp, and travel. But most of all, Normas favorite thing to do was to take care of everyone. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed.

Norma is survived by her husband, Jack Crenshaw son Rick Crenshaw and wife, Vicki, of Fairfax sister, Jo Carroll, of Edmond four grandchildren, Wendy Lantz, Melissa Gibson, Derek Mather and Shane Mather three great grandchildren, Nolan, Nealy, and Hayden, and numerous other friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Sherri Lynn Phipps.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 9, 2012 at the Full Gospel Assembly of Fairfax. Rev. Lewis Bernard and Rev. Don Reed will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to ONHL Hospice, 282 County Road 6300, Fairfax, Oklahoma 74637.

Services are under the direction of HunsakerWooten Funeral Home of Fairfax.
