Linney Juanita Hutchison, former resident of Fairfax, passed into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior on Monday morning, June 27, 2011. She was 87 years of age.

Juanita was born August 22, 1923 in Sugar Grove, Arkansas, the second child born to Recil Hise and Ola Garner Hise. She moved to Fairfax in her early childhood and attended the Fairfax Schools.

It was on Main Street one day that she met her great love, Glynn Hutchison. Glynn was in town visiting relatives when they first met. He always said, she was the prettiest filly he had ever seen Glynn loved horses when she came sashaying down Main Street in her cowboy boots. They married on February 21, 1942 and in the following years had three children. Juanita and Glynn were married over 63 years at the time of his death in 2005. She was a member of the First Osage Baptist Church. Her enjoyments included her family, gardening, canning, crocheting, quilting and reading.

Juanita is survived by her brother, Lloyd Hise and wife, Eletha three children, Glynda Fosnight of Fairfax, Cherryl Key and husband, Earl, of Sand Springs, and Sammy Hutchison and wife, Shirley, also of Sand Springs grandchildren, Donald Fosnight Jr., Billy Fosnight, Vickie Vicente, James Fosnight, Charmin Brooks, Joy Foster, Dustin Hutchison, Eric Key, Darian Walker and Amanda Barney. She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren, and many other distant relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Glynn, parents Recil and Ola Hise sisters, Magdalene Lytle, Marter and Rita Jo Bush soninlaw, Don Fosnight and one great granddaughter, and one greatgreat grandson.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 1, 2011 in the First Osage Baptist Church of Fairfax, with Pastor Wayne Taylor presiding. Interment will be in the Fairfax Cemetery under the direction of the HunsakerWooten Funeral Home.
