Linda Arleen Teeman

Linda Arleen Teeman of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and former Fairfax resident lost her well fought battle with cancer and passed away at the Clarehouse in Tulsa on Saturday, July 25, 2026. She was born on a soft summer day, June 7, 1956, in Pawnee, Okla., the middle child of William Robert and Lora Lavon (Goad) Teeman. Her journey through seventy years was marked by sincerity, grace, and steadfast love for all whom she encountered.

From her earliest days growing up, Linda soon became somewhat of a “world traveler.” Her dad’s 30-year military career took the family to numerous locations across the United States. For a brief time, during the 1970’s she attended high school in Fairfax before graduating from Bellevue East High School in Bellevue, Nebraska.

Throughout her lifetime, Linda nurtured relationships anchored in loyalty and mutual respect. She was employed by the Osage Nation as an Administrative Assistant while living in Tulsa. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures--spent reminiscing with family, a shared meal with friends, and in caring for her fur babies.

She was passionate about her favorite color--purple. In her spare time, her other interests included: rescuing dogs, woodworking on lathe, watching the birds, and teaching Sunday School for countless years. She was a student of the Bible and loved being with her church family.

Today she is treasured in memory by her surviving family: her cherished mother Lora Teeman of Morrison, Okla.; her loving brothers Garry Teeman and wife Sally of Haysville, Kan.; Dennis Teeman and wife Donna of Olathe, Kan.; and her dear nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father William Teeman, grandparents, and aunts & uncles.

To honor and celebrate Linda’s life a graveside service will be held at 2p.m., Monday, August 3, 2026, at the Fairfax City Cemetery with Russ Hughes officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Hunsaker Wooten Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest in Block M among her family members.

Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.hunsakerwootenfuneralhome.com.

Linda’s family would like to say “thank you” to the staff at Clarehouse for their loving care.

Linda will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
