Jasmul Fuller

October 31, 1925 — April 3, 2015

Jasmul Ray Fuller, resident of Fairfax, passed Friday April 3, 2015 at his home. He was 90 years of age.

Jasmul was born October 31, 1924 in Stigler, Oklahoma, the son of Rudy Fuller and Alcy (McGee) Fuller. He attended the Blackburn and Union Center Schools. He was married to Thelma Chapman in 1942. Thelma passed in 1989. He married Ida Bell Herring in 1990 and her passing was in 1996.

He served his country in the United States Navy and had received the Victory Medal, American Campaign Medal and Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal. He was honorably discharged from the Navy in May of 1946 at the rank of Seaman Second Class.

Jamul was employed throughout the years as a truck and tractor repairman. He was a member of the Church of the Firstborn. His enjoyments were fishing, hunting, camping, dinner gatherings with his family and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his three daughters, Anna Sue Robertson and husband John, of Enid, Oklahoma, Margie Wilson of Fairfax, and Janice Drymon and husband David, of Ralston; one sister, Betty Minney of Cushing, Oklahoma; 10 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren; numerous other extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his two wives; one son, LeRoy Fuller in 1996; two brothers, Rudolph Fuller and Rudy Fuller Jr.; one sister, Venus Yandell; one granddaughter Daniele Fuller and one great grandson, Charles Ray Robertson.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at the Fairfax Cemetery with Joe Hambright presiding. Arrangements are under the direction of the Hunsaker-Wooten Funeral Home.

Casket bearers are Ray Robertson, Kenny Robertson, Ernie Titus, Jonathan Titus, Tim Robertson, and Kyle Robertson. Honorary casket bearer is Mike Burgess.
