Anna Nadine Elsberry White Gorden was born November 20, 1942 in Pawnee, Oklahoma, the daughter of Anna Louise Foust and James Huey Elsberry.

She grew up in the Fairfax and Ralston area, where she stayed for most of her life. She graduated from Ralston High School in 1960 then married Donald Joe White in November of 1960. That marriage blessed them with five children.

Nadine spent most of her life caring for her children, but in 1983, she graduated from LPN school, proceeding on to become a registered nurse in 1987. She married Tom Gorden in October of 1991. She worked in Oklahoma and Las Vegas, Nevada as a nurse before returning to Pawnee to retire. She helped many people in her time as a nurse, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved Elvis, gambling and caring for her grand and great grandkids.

Nadine was preceded in death by her parents, mother, Anna Louise Foust Elsberry, and father, James Elsberry and one daughter, Anna Jean Vance. She is survived by her spouse, Tom Gorden, of Pawnee four brothers, James Elsberry of Pawhuska, Harry Elsberry of Skiatook, Charles Elsberry of Arizona, and Gary Elsberry of Pawhuska two sisters, Kay Bills of Oklahoma City and Donnella Goad of Wilburton four children, Donna Renfro of Fairfax, Teresa Smith of Pawnee, Lisa Crabtree of Ralston, and Joe White of Guthrie fifteen grandchildren fourteen great grandchildren, and many other family members and friends.

Services were held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 23, 2013 in the HunsakerWooten Funeral Home Chapel, with Chaplain Scott Wintz officiating.

Services are under the direction of HunsakerWooten Funeral Home of Fairfax.
